Hi, I’m Solène, a Certified Notion Consultant and Ambassador, aka your “Chief Notion Officer”.
I’ve been using Notion for the past eight years. At first, it was just where I organised my own work and life: content calendars, client projects, ideas, notes, systems, and all the messy behind-the-scenes bits of running a freelance business.
But over time, I realised the thing I loved most wasn’t just using Notion. It was making work and life feel clearer.
Before becoming a Notion consultant, I worked in marketing and content, which means I know what it feels like when work is spread everywhere: plans in one tool, feedback in another, deadlines in someone’s head, assets in a mystery Google Drive folder, and everyone hoping they’re looking at the latest version.
I also know that better systems aren’t about making everything rigid, over-engineered, or painfully “productive”. The best systems are the ones that feel calm, useful, and human. They support the way people actually work. They make it easier to find what matters, make decisions, collaborate, and move things forward without constantly reinventing the process.
That’s what led me here.
About a year and a half ago, I became a Certified Notion Consultant, and since then I’ve been helping values-led founders, business owners, teams, and internal Notion champions turn messy workspaces into clear, trusted operating systems.
My work sits somewhere between strategy, operations, information architecture, implementation, and a tiny bit of workspace therapy. I ask a lot of questions, untangle the chaos, design the structure, build the system, and help people actually use it.
Because to me, Notion isn’t just a place to store information. It’s a way to create more clarity, less admin, better collaboration, and more room for the work that actually matters.

The mess is useful because it shows me how your work actually happens, where things are breaking, and what your system needs to support. I’m not here to judge your workspace. I’m here to help you make it clearer, calmer, and easier to use.

That’s very common, and it’s usually not a people problem. It’s often a structure and adoption problem. If people don’t know where things live, what needs updating, which database to use, or how the workspace helps them do their actual work, adoption will always be patchy. I design systems with structure, training, documentation, and real workflows in mind, so the workspace is not just pretty, but genuinely usable.

Everything does not need to live in Notion. A good system makes the role of each tool clearer. Sometimes Notion becomes the source of truth. Sometimes it connects with Google Drive, Slack, Teams, forms, calendars, spreadsheets, or other tools your team already relies on. The goal is not to force everything into one place for the sake of it, but to reduce confusion and make the right information easier to find.

Same, honestly. Overbuilt systems are one of the reasons people stop trusting their workspace. My approach is to build around how you and your team actually work, not around every possible feature Notion can technically do. That means clear databases, useful dashboards, simple workflows, and enough structure to support the work without making people feel like they need a Notion degree to update a task.

The dashboard is usually the visible part, but the real work is underneath: understanding your workflows, deciding what needs to be tracked, clarifying ownership, designing database relationships, mapping how information moves, and making sure the system supports decisions, collaboration, and follow-through.
